We are set up under one roof so mums can exercise whilst the kids are looked after and entertained by our in-house babysitters. It is great for the kids to see their mum exercise and helps in teaching them valuable lessons about how important it is to look after their bodies.

We are passionate about empowering women and families in our community. So bring your child or baby along to our child friendly studio. Our class fees also include the babysitting service, so there are no extra childcare costs!!

The “crage” as we like to call it, is a semi detached room… the kids are safely locked behind a gate, that they can still see through. The service we provide is not a creche, more of a babysitter. FitMums are still needing to be on hand to deal with nappy changes and potentially extra settling of your child. Once they settle in though, they really love it!
