You don’t have to be a MUM to come along and enjoy a FITMUM class, All ladies are welcome to workout in a fun, supportive environment. Every 9.35am class Monday -to– Friday we have a babysitter on site where we have an awesome Kids play area, this enables our Mum’s to workout while the young ones are looked after in a safe environment. Kids are welcome to come along to ALL our other classes where they can play in the kids area whilst you train.
Whatever stage you are at with your fitness and post-natal recovery Fitmum can help. Some of our Fitmums come to one or two classes a while many others come up to five or six times per week
Our mums are all at different levels of fitness, but that is what is so perfect about FitMum classes. Every athlete can work at their own pace with guidance from our Trainers.
We are set up under one roof so mums can exercise whilst the kids are looked after and entertained by our in-house babysitters. It is great for the kids to see their mum exercise and helps in teaching them valuable lessons about how important it is to look after their bodies. We are passionate about empowering women and families in our community. So bring your child or baby along to our child friendly box. Our class fees also include the babysitting service, so there are no extra childcare costs!

Our expert trainers will ensure that you are safely doing exercises with the correct technique based on your stage of post pregnancy and needs. Every single workout can be modified to the level you are at.
We are happy to discuss your individual goals and concerns (medical, injury, pregnancy recovery etc) with you to make sure you feel comfortable with your fitness programme.

I have always been active and sporty but found it very difficult to fit in the time to exercise once I had my 2 children. Fitmum has a fantastic babysitter and has allowed me to exercise during the day knowing the kids are well looked after and happy. The Crossfit style of exercise has provided me with the best results of any type of exercise I have done, and the workouts are short and sharp so great on time saving - you can achieve so much with only three sessions a week. I had never touched a barbell before starting so was a little nervous about that but the coaching is amazing (and the other members are really supportive) so I really enjoy this part of the workouts now.
